A statement from the Club’s website stated: “Following scans and consultations in London, it has been confirmed that Muzzy Carayol has torn his cruciate ligament. He will be operated on by world-renowned English specialist Andy Williams in two weeks’ time once the swelling has gone down.”
Carayol picked up the injury in the English Championship game as Middlesbrough drew 0-0 away at the Goldsands Stadium.
