‘Nice To Be Nice’ a charitable foundation based in Germany on Thursday donated educational materials ranging from school furniture, computers, and sewing machine to Muhammad Yadalieu English and Arabic Nursery and Lower Basic in Kanifing.
Speaking at the presentation, held at the school ground, the proprietress of the school Aja Maimuna Savage, expressed gratitude and described the donation as timely when the school needs such kind of materials in improving conducive learning environment.
The donors were Mette Christesen, and the co founder of the organization, Mustapha Keita
The objective to this foundation is to help and address some challenges schools are facing and to cater for the vulnerable children from humble backgrounds.
The head mistress of the school Ajie Amie Ndure, thankeed the foundation for the support and assured them that the donated materials will be used judiciously.
Dusu Shima, representative of the regional director Kanifing, also thanked the donors for the support.
