A delegation from Camp Africa,the organisers of the Senegambia Run for Integration, is in Dakar Senegal, holding a series of meetings with marketing agents, TV stations, Senegalese athletics officials and the Governor of Dakar on the 2nd edition of the Run, scheduled from 17th to 19th January 2020.
The delegation comprising Adama Bah, director of Camp Africa, Saikou Jarjue, director of administration and finance at the Senegalo Gambian Secretariat, Mr Cheikh Sarr of Gorgorlu in Dakar and Mr George Gomez, coordinator of the Run and co-director of Camp Africa had meetings in Mbour where the athletes will spend the second night of the run. The delegation also met the Hon. Pap Njanko, member of Parliament and Mayor of Toubacouta.
This year, the event will start from Barra through the Nuimis and Fatikto Kaolack for the first night stop.
In this edition, teams are allowed to register ten male, two female athletes and one team coach/manager. Registration is already open.
