One Momodou Jome, a Gambian and surety for one Ousainou Nying, a suspect standing trial on drug related offences had applied to the High Court in Banjul to revoke his surety-ship, on the grounds that the suspect, Ousainou Nying violated his bail conditions and that he cannot control his movement and activities.
The court, presided over by Justice Ebrima Jaiteh after hearing the application on its merits, revoked the bail of Ousainou Nying and ordered he be arrested and remanded at Mile Two Central Prisons.

Justice Jaiteh directed that the Principal Registrar of the High Court to return the bail bond of Momodou Jome after Ousainou Nying is remanded in prison custody.
