The management of G-Tech football academy recently repaired the two goal posts at the Spybar Community football field in Senegambia.
The field which hosts amateur and league teams as well as Nawettan clubs for training and friendly test matches, has had it goal posts damaged by excessive use and neglect.
Enakeno Arausi, the founder of G-Tech football academy which also used the field as a base, said the Spybar field is very important as it is used by many people but hardly anyone take notice of its dilapidating state. So we took it as our duty to repair the post to standard and now every one can enjoy playing there, he said.
Arausi said G-Tech good football field must have basic things as good post.
He said G-Tech will continue to look after the field since it has its base there. G-Tech football academy is based in Kololi and trains at the Spy bar field. They can be visited at www.gtechfc.org.
