They, along with Minister Alieu Jammeh went to Brazil, reportedly to hold meetings with Caf and Fifa on recent developments in Gambian football, particularly the vexed matter of the two-year suspension by Caf.
When asked how their mission went, Mr Kolley said they held talks with both Caf and Fifa but that he would not officially disclose the details or the outcome of the talks informally to the media. “We have to do things formally and when we get to that, we will let you know,” he said.
The Gambia Football Federation officials who went on a separate trip with similar intentions, have also said they will let the public know in due course.
