Asked what is NSC’s reaction to some of those affected associations who said they will continue with their activities until they are formally told to stop, Mr Mendy replied: “Those former associations can do whatever they like but what should be clear is that they are not doing so on behalf on The Gambia. In fact if they are wiser they should come forward to get advice and help on how to get them attain the required standards set by Council as some of have even started doing,” he said.
