Former Gambia Football president Seedy Kinteh has reacted sharply to the Normalisation Committee’s reasons for blocking his candidacy. Among other things the NC had alleged that because Kinteh publicly admitted receiving money from Qatari business tycoon Bin Hammam while the latter was seeking the presidency of the Fifa, he cannot be trusted to head the GFF.
In his reaction, Kinteh said the reasons were bogus and misleading and went ahead to give a detailed story of his relations with Bin Hamman as well as outlining the many benefits he said this has brought to the Gambia.
