A former mayor of Kanifing Municipal Council Yankuba Colley passed away yesterday, sources from his former ruling APRC party confirmed.
The party source said he died in Turkey where he recently traveled for medical treatment.
Mr Colley reigned as mayor from 2008 to 2018.

According to a party source, his remains will arrive on Sunday to be buried on Monday at 2 PM.
