According to the statement, the travel arrangements were funded by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the team is expected to travel Friday for the championships which open in Algiers this weekend.
The winners and runners-up of this championship will represent Africa at the FIVB Volleyball Women’s U-23 Championship in 2015.
