Police in Basse are currently investigating the suspected suicide of one Kaddijatou Mballow, a 25-year-old woman in the village of Sotuma Samba in the Upper River Region.
According to the police, the incident occurred on the night of 5 September and the body has been transported to the Edward Francis Small Teaching Hospital (EFSTH) for possible postmortem.
