The boy band- Nobles are set for their much anticipated concert dubbed Fill up Penchami slated for this Saturday 28 April. The event, which is running in its second year, is highly anticipated by the numerous fans of the afro-pop sensation these past weeks.

Starting out as -Street Nigaz, which is more of typically a hip-hop movement back in 2011/12, the trio members namely, Abdoullah Badjan aka Jola Boy, Sailou Mballow -Aya and Alieu Colley aka T Berry, made a dramatic U-turn later on with the rebranding of their names to Nobles.
It was in 2013 when the group took music serious with hit drop after another. With a great start to 2018, the trio members continue to rack up more accolades with numerous singles on their growing career. Some of their hit songs and music videos include, Komkom, Jarama, The Matter, Nna Jarabi, The Only One, and the list goes on.

Momodou Sabally, a renowned Gambian motivational speaker, paid glowing tribute to the boy band for their creative and unique music approach.
“I like the Nobles for a lot of things, but I like them for daring to be different. That is one quality I like most about these young boys. Because we live in a society that wants to cage everybody; everybody has to speak the same language, work the same way and everyone has to support the same political party. Diversity is beautiful,” he added.

He affirmed that it is good to challenge the status quo, reminding them of their crucial role in national development.
He underscored the importance of music in national development, further calling on government to invest more in the development of the country’s music scene.
The Nobles thus called on all to be part of history making event this weekend and support a worthy cause.
