Omar Sey: The former SMT were sent on leave pending investigation

“So our decision to send them on leave was in line with ethics as they cannot be sitting in the same position the activities of which they are being investigated hence my assertion that “we were not comfortable working with  them  and one only works with those who you are comfortable with”. We never said they must go because they aligned themselves with the past regime. So our actions cannot be compared with the action taken by the Kebbeh regime in sacking our SMT,” Mr Sey concluded.

Mr Sey was reacting to our yesterday’s sports commentary which captured the changing of senior management staff over the last two years.
