As a show of appreciation, the Sports Journalists’ Association of The Gambia (SJAG), on Saturday presented a certificate of honor to Kombo Real Estate.
One of the leading estate companies in The Gambia, Komb Real was a key partner to SJAG during its last 10th National Sports Journalism Awards night held in April, at Coco Ocean.
Inspired by their desire to contribute to sports development through the association, the company sponsored the “best foreign-based athlete” category, which was won by Scorpions’ Captain Omar Colley.
The company supported SJAG with D100, 000 as a partner.
In handing over the certificate, Musa Sise, President of SJAG, commended Kombo Real Estate for their good work by contributing their quota to national development.
“We are looking forward to having Kombo Real Estate on board when we organised the 11th edition next year,” Sise said.
Sanna Jassey, CEO of Kombo Real Estate, was elated by the award from the sports journalism fraternity, describing it as a “great boost for Kombo Real Estate”.
He assured of their continuous support to sports development.
Also speaking at the ceremony held at Kombo Real Estate’s main office at Turntable, Betty Gassama, General Manager, said they have been supporting different activities in the past.
The event was attended by the executive members of SJAG, staff and customers of Kombo Real Estate.
