Dodou Capy Joof, the chairman of the electoral committee of the Gambia Football Federation has promised that the August 18 election for a new GFF executive will be free and fair in accordance with the election rules.
Speaking to The Standard Mr Joof said all procedures and processes will be opened and fair to every candidate so that at the end of the exercise everyone would accept the verdict of the stake holders. Mr Joof heads the committee which comprises Buba Njie as vice chairman, Saikou B Jarju, Haddy Sillah Njie and Karalang Jatta as members. There is a substitute committee chaired by Modou Mbessan comprising Omar Sompo Ceesay and Haruna Sanneh as members.
